Prepare your burger sauce ahead of time and store in the refrigerator.
Prepare your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, avocado, onion are some of our favorites!) and store in refrigerator.
In a large bowl, season your ground beef with the paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix throughout.
Divide and form 2oz burger balls. Try not to handle the ground beef too much.
Heat a large skillet or flat top grill to high heat, ungreased.
Place your burger balls down with a 6” tortilla over the top.
Use your burger press and press down firmly over the top of the tortilla, getting your ground beef as thin as possible. Let cook for 1 minute then press down again. Let cook for 2-3 minutes. Beef should be cooked through at this point.
Using strong metal spatula, flip and allow to cook tortilla side down for 30 seconds to a minute, depending on how crispy you want your tortilla. Top with cheese which will melt while tortilla is cooking.
Remove burger tacos from grill or skillet, drizzle burger sauce across the top, add your desired combination of burger toppings and enjoy!
